About Until Sold Featured Listings
When you choose an 'Until Sold' option, your listing remains active until you disable or delete it
in your user account. Note that this price is for featured listings that appear
highlighted on the top of search results, when they match a search criteria. A photo
slide show with unlimited photos is included at no extra charge. Your property is
also featured on the home page for maximum exposure for a limited time.
About Monthly Listings
Your credit card is billed every 30 days until you decide to discontinue your listing.
You may discontinue your listing anytime by logging into your HouseLocator.com account.
Cancelling your Listing
We would like you to be 100% satisfied with our service. For a very nominal
fee, your listing is made available to thousands of prospective
buyers who visit www.houselocator.com
and search for homes for sale. However, if you are not satisfied with the
appearance of your listing or our service, you may cancel it at any time
within the first 7 days of your listing.
We will gladly refund your Fees. To cancel your listing, send a cancellation request to
support@houselocator.com.
