The weather in Prescott is not as arid as Phoenix as it's elevation is 5000'. We actually have four seasons. You can usually figure 10d to 15d lower temp than Phoenix. July and August are usually the monsoon season. In the afternoon the thunderheads build, drop some rain and move on. If it snows in the winter it's more likely than not just a dusting and melts off by noon. Never a problem getting around. It's nice to wake up to sunshine almost every day.

This home is very inexpensive to live in and keep-up. Because of the RASTRA construction, insurance is less, and monthly average per year is only $200.00 for gas and electricity
